This little resort town is ready to charm you. The pace of the town slows the heart and, after a brief adjustment, you'll find yourself wanting more. Take a chairlift ride for a birds-eye view of the town. The eight-passenger K-1 Gondola travels 1.25 miles up Killington Peak. At 4,241 feet, it's New England's highest lift-serviced peak, and views of five states and Canada are revealed. Gondola operation is part of the Killington and Pico Mountain Adventure Centers. Other activities include Alpine Slides, water slides, climbing walls, and the Bungee Thing.
