Presented by Wild Oats Market and Mountain To Mountain (http://www.mountain2mountain.com ; 970-376-0754), this event includes a 10 mile trail race, a 5K short course, and kids "Fun Run."

Race entry fees will support the Central Asia Institute (http://www.ikat.org), a nonprofit organization dedicated to community-based education and literacy programs, especially for girls, in the remote mountainous regions of northern Pakistan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan and the Mongolia plains.

The race is June 24, 2007, and begins at the base of the Peak 8 gondola. Post-race, don't forget the expo at Oasis 9600 (1760 Airport Road), which will have live music, food, drinks, a raffle, and even free massages.
