For nine days in August, the best bike riders in the world will clash in the Canadian Rockies.

From August 9 to 17, a global field of two-wheel athletes will meet in Whistler for supremacy in dual slalom, downhill, bikecross and slopestyle competitions. Mountain bike test rides, technology and prototype demonstrations, commercial exhibits, and live entertainment round out the festivities.
