A four-member jury is busy selecting the top 100 artists, out of 350 applicants, that will be invited to the Festival in Bend, Oregon on August 22-24. This three-day celebration on the Deschutes River features 100 juried fine art and craft artists from the Pacific Northwest and across North America.
