The Village at Squaw Creek is offering a pair of refreshing lodging packages this summer. Sign up for its Truckee River Rafting Package and save 20 percent on lodging, starting at $74.10 per person per night, based on double occupancy in a condominium studio.

The package includes lodging and vouchers for raft rentals on the Truckee River, a leisurely five-mile, self-guided float down the Truckee River between Tahoe City and Truckee. This package starts July 5 and is available until Sept. 5 or until the river raft companies close for the summer.

The High Camp Swimming Package, starting at $84.60 per person per night, is another great way to avoid the summer heat. Participants save 20 percent on lodging the first night and 10 percent on subsequent nights, plus get Cable Car tickets and swim passes to the High Camp Swimming Lagoon and Spa.

The Lagoon and Spa is located at the top of the cable car in a beautiful high alpine setting at an elevation of 8,200 feet. Visitors can enjoy a visit to the 1960 Winter Olympic Museum and/or dine at one of High Camp's eateries when taking a break from poolside activities. This package is based on double occupancy in a condominium studio and is being offered from June 20 through Sept. 13.
