Mammoth Mountain's popular Mountain Bike Park with its 100-plus miles of single-track dirt trails opened for the summer June 20.

Sign up for a Stay and Bike package and stay at one of three convenient properties while enjoying daily use of the bike park. Rates start at $85 per person per night, based on double occupancy in a standard hotel room at Mammoth Mountain Inn. The package includes a daily all-day bike park ticket ($39 value) for every person on the reservation; other participating properties include the Village Lodge, located at the base of the bike park, and Juniper Springs Resort, which offers easy shuttle access to the bike park. Stay and Bike packages are available through Sept. 19.

Mammoth Mountain Bike Park's extensive network of trails offers mountain bikers a variety of experiences: downhill, freeride, cross-country, plus a thrilling 3,000-foot descent from Mammoth Mountain's summit. A full-service repair shop, top-quality rentals, and rangers are available at the Adventure Center in Mammoth's Main Lodge.

The Adventure Center's zip line and climbing wall open for the summer July 2. Hours for the bike park, zip line, and climbing wall are 8 a.m to 6 p.m.
