Select properties at Mammoth Mountain are offering a free third night of lodging to coincide with the two remaining weekends this summer during which the Interior Department is waiving the entry fees to Yosemite National Park. On the weekends of July 18-19 and Aug. 15-16, the Mammoth Mountain Inn, the Juniper Springs Resort, and The Village Lodge are throwing in a free third night of lodging on top of a two-night stay in any room. The offer is good for either a Thursday-Saturday or Friday-Sunday stay.
The offer also includes a variety of Buy One/Get One Free activity and food coupons for scenic gondola rides, bike park day passes, appetizers at the Yodler, single climbs on the climbing wall, and single rides on the zip line. The coupons must be used during the same weekend as the lodging package.
The 3rd Night Free discount is the equivalent of a savings of 33 percent off the Best Available Rate for each night stayed and is available only on the two free-park-entry weekends.
Mammoth is a 30-minute drive to the eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park, which is high above Mono Lake. Yosemite is one of more than 100 national parks that are having their entry fees waived on three summer weekends (the first weekend was to encourage tourism and help boost the economy.
In conjunction with the Interior Department's waiving of entry fees at Yosemite National Park and 100 other national parks the weekends of July 18-19 and Aug, 15-16, three Mammoth Mountain properties are offering a third night free with a two night stay.
