Need to hone those court skills? Check out Sun Valley's tennis camp for adults. The camp scheduled for June 25-28 combines lodging with daily tennis lessons.

The tennis lessons, which take place June 26-28, run from 9 a.m. to noon for three days at the Sun Valley Tennis Center. The center, headed by pro Mark Frisby, includes a full pro shop, 18 tennis courts surrounding the Olympic pool, and a ball machine. It is located within walking distance from the Sun Valley Resort.

Lodging for the tennis camp package is in Sun Valley Lodge, Sun Valley Inn, or the Sun Valley Lodge Apartments. Three nights of accommodations are included with the first night Thursday, June 25, and check out on Sunday morning.

The tennis package - lessons and accommodations - costs $570 per person for double occupancy. Those requiring single occupancy will pay $840. You can add on extra nights for $180 each.

Tennis players who can't make the June camp can still take lessons any time during the summer. A one-day clinic costs $55, while a three-day clinic runs $135. Private lessons for adults are available at $75-85 for hour. Call the Sun Valley Tennis Center (208-622-2156 or 208-622-2248) to schedule those separately. Admission to the tennis center costs $12 per person per day for adults.
